I guide women through midlife transitions with a focus on nourishment, nervous system steadiness, and rebuilding trust with their bodies.
Many of the women I work with feel tired of pushing, fixing, and cycling through extremes — and sense that what worked before no longer does. My work offers a gentler, more sustainable way forward.
Rather than rules or rigid plans, I teach rhythms that support energy, mood, and clarity — helping women feel more grounded, nourished, and at home in their bodies as they move through midlife.
This work isn’t about going back.
